Overview

The problem

A premium service with a website that didn’t reflect it. Booking a car took more effort than it should, and the presentation didn’t match the experience.

What I did

A private chauffeur service in Melbourne covering airport transfers, corporate travel, weddings and events. The existing site didn’t match the premium service behind it.

The redesign gives the business a much stronger first impression, simplifies the navigation and puts booking front and centre, with a booking bar, address autocomplete and a short step-by-step quote flow.

This is a redesign proposal. The business name, logo and contact details have been changed.

Key decisions

  1. 01

    Book from the first screen

Pickup, destination, date, time and passengers sit right in the hero, so people can start booking without looking for a form.

  2. 02

    A five-step quote flow

One question at a time, with suggestions for airports, hotels and venues, ending in a ready-to-quote request.

  3. 03

    A fleet you can browse

Each car shows its class, passengers and luggage space, so customers can choose before they call.

  4. 04

    Calm, premium look

A dark palette, generous type and photography-led layouts that match the service.
